Director / Business Developer - Life Science (permanent)
We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and experienced professional with the urge to make a difference to join our ambitious, dedicated and expanding high-end consultancy group within the Life Science/pharmaceutical industry.
You will work in an international environment in our company as well as at our customer's site. You will head our service line Life Science by bringing in your broad experience in life sciences and business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead our service line Life Science (information technology related services)
- Further develop the strategy of our Life Science services
- Identify opportunities to improve services and delivery to our international customer base
- Business analysis/project management/consulting in international projects (IT or business) with customers on site
- Represent wega through publications, public presentations etc. in a pro-active way
- Use and increase your and our network, support wega sales activities, perform own sales activities
- Recruiting support for life science employees
- Be responsible for the training plan of our life science employees
Necessary Skills
- Good communicator, networker, open minded
- Used to work as service provider
- Have a broad understanding of the processes and supporting IT-Systems within life science industry
- Have Hands-On capabilities in selected areas
- Have the ability and wish to perform marketing / sales activities
- Fluent German and English
- Flexible in providing on-site consultancy (mainly Switzerland, more to be developed)
- Used to work in regulated environments, such as SOX, GxP, GAMP or 21 CFR Part 11
